While many think that Ahlenius end-of-service report was a strong slap in the face of Ban Ki-moon, still she had no courage to say all those she wrote to his face while on office at OIOS.
But it take a man with balls .....or a drunk one to tell Ban Ki-moon at the highest body retreat that:
“I know you never liked me Mr. Secretary-General — well, I never liked you, either.
Well many of UN Staffers at HQ know very well Sha's temperament, but no one would even think of him having the balls to call openly the shadow man behind Ban Ki-moon's every move, the name no one wants to mention nor have to deal with - Mr. Robert Orr and say:
“I really don’t like him: he’s an American and I really don’t like Americans.”
Sha has a reputation to speak his mind and all staff at UN-DESA know it, but what they need to understand now is was their boss, the Nr#4 UN Official for real when he attacked Robert Orr? Is there smth more to this hate for Robert Orr?
