Sha Zukang from Austria says that UN-DESA's most corrupt Division (DPADM) would deal with "accountability and anti-corruption" in future

The person that will be remembered as the most-useless, unprofessional, spine-less, vision-less - the Under-Secretary General for U.N.'s Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) seems to have something to say on topics like corruption and transparency!

.....I have instructed DESA and its Division for Public Administration and Development Management to start building up our capacity in accountability, good governance and anti-corruption....

Can INTOSAI accept advice from this man? Maybe INTOSAI should demand and read OIOS reports in the past 5 years about UN-DESA and its flagship Division - DPADM.
