SOME GOOD NEWS: If all divisions in DESA were as DPAD

DESA is not only about scandals. We do have shining stars as well. One such Division is the Development Policy and Analysis, chaired by Rob Vos.

If all other Divisions were like DPAD - things would have been different in DESA.

Maybe Sha Zukang should take under consideration and replace Jomo Khame with Rob Vos. Only than maybe we can see some real substantial changes in our Department.
