Pelluso Out, Italian Clan trying to reinvent itself, while DESA is in search of new ASG

Sources from 23rd floor indicate that the days of Catherine Pelluso in DESA are coming to an end soon. Somehow, someone have managed to "arrange" a quick package for Ms. Pelluso and she's on the way out.

But don't count her out as yet, until her very last minute the Italian clan will try to use Pelluso to reinvent "the italian way" inside DESA.

Same sources indicate that scandal hit - DPADM is about to get a new Italian as head of Knowledge Management Branch, to replace Haiyan Qian who was selected early this year to replace the outgoing disgraced chief of DPADM Guido Bertucci. This fellow who has desperately been in the market since Patrizio Civili left town, is trying to impose himself as the new Mr. IT (Information Technology)  in DESA. Haiyan seem to be very close to signing the offer. After substantial losses, the italians are trying to reconstitute themselves and "improve" their tarnished image from latest corruption stories. It seems that no one at DESA's cupola is able to identify any current staff of Knowledge Management Branch (KMB) able and capable to lead the branch, despite many of them being there for years, and running it the last 12 months when Haiyan wasn't there.

On another note, Sha Zukang is quietly looking for a replacement to Jomo Kwame. With Thomas Stelzer staying more in Vienna than New York, maybe will have a new leadership soon. Will see how this would go.
