So after spending 2.4 million dollars of taxpayers money - for an allege trip to Norway's arctic cap - with private jets and hundreds of UN officials (More than half Koreans) Ban Ki moon has announced that because of bad wether "he can't make it to the arctic" but Norway's officials were so "great" they briefed him fully on the situation.
What a claun !!
