Sha Zukang calls for reform of World Monetary and Finance bodies but forget his own department which is engulfed by corruption and mismanagement

On 11th October, Sha Zukang addressed the International Monetary and Financial Committee in Washington DC. (Click here for statement)

Sha tried to preach the crowd the importance of reform of world finance and monetary bodies, urging the need for multilateral coordination. He put into question the legitimacy, relevance, voice and participation in the Bretton Woods institutions, as if his own Department is a model of accountability, transparency and openness inside the United Nations. 

Sha's proposed solution to the meeting was ......more meetings..... like Monterrey or upcoming Doha..........?!?!
