this is a real scandal. what does bertucci represent to be treated like a king? other than be connected to catherine pelluso and furio de tomassi?
shame on DESA for double standards. Bertucci should be allowed in the building let aside as international expert.
this can be expected when failed individuals who were bertucci surrogates now lead the division.
i think bertucci was hired as expert but DESA paid his company instead in order to avoid his being in the system and thus keep all this secret.
