Pavan Sukhdev, Vinati Kak Sukhdev, Mahima Sukhdev and Ashima Sukhdev bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 162 W. 56th St. in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen from Sarah E. Henry for $997,000 on March 16.
The 1,000-square-foot condo, Unit #1603, is one of the 65 units in the 15-storyCarnegie Plaza condo development.
Pavan Sukhdev is special advisor and head of the green economy initiative of the United Nations Environment Programme. He also serves as a study leader for the G8+5 commissioned report on the Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 165 condo sales in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $820,000.
