UN staff rules require employees to uphold and respect the principles set out in the Charter, including faith in fundamental human rights. They prohibit U.N. employees from accepting instructions from any government or from any other source external to the organization. I have also been a victim of injustice and racisim in UNRWA. I am fighting a hard battle against the administration which has hijacked the justice system. I have filed 8 appeals which the UNRWA DT has destroyed and I have withdrawn them from the current UNRWQA DT and will place them before a fair Tribunal or not at all. It is now time to dissect the actions of an unfair and racist administration. I have given 16 reasons for the recusal of the Judge and it is clear that the UNRWA or the UN administration will do nothing. The General Assembly will have to take up this matter if there is belief in the Rule of Law.
