Under the leadership of the dear leader Sha Zukang, the mass of intellectual staffers of U.N.'s Department of Economic and Social Affairs, were able to witness one of the most pathetic, non democratic and unprofessional TOWN-HALL events in DESA and UN History.
"Like a Chinese Communist Party Meeting" - said one DESA member who was very unhappy with Sha Zukang not keeping his promises to "address staff concerns" thru UN DESA Staff Union "question gathering process".
this is the lowest the UN has ever been !
