my question is:

The UN Tribunal decided to award Guido Bertucci $600,000 because he was "passed-over" on his ASG endeavor - meaning the decision to hire Thomas Stelzer was WRONG - - - who is going to take responsibility?

Beacuase the U.N. would be paying out $600,000 for a management mistake and those managers who did this are Sha Zukang and Ban Ki Moon.

So does Sha Zukang feel responsible of his actions that led to disqualifying Guido Bertucci? And if so will he be paying a part of $600,000 out of his own pocket for mismanaging the process of ASG hiring?

this is just an agenda item Sha needs to undertake based on his performance evaluation. he need two townhalls per year in order for Ban Ki Moon to rate him satisfactory. so is just another cheet form administration, don't think staff would be able to ask anything and all questions are being "handled" by DESA's staff-union anyway whom are well know for staying quite towards administrations wrong doing.

questions are not "being handled" by staff union - only feedback for orientation of address by Zha. Staff free to ask questons from floor.

is so ridiculous our staff union - they even dare to say that their involvement in "publicizing" Sha Zukang's Townhall event is only for "orientation". If its only for orientation why do you guys send an email to all staff without indicating the date of event? Are you afraid that your dear leader Sha Zukang will face international media when entering the door of the townhall? pls continue to "orient" staff - because your Orient-express train has left the station long ago!
